Buxom beauty is one of the strongest perfumed roses I have ever grown. Add to that the good form and size and it soon becomes a favourite both for the exhibitor and the general rose gardener. I have had blooms of over 7 inches across fully blown and often in trusses of five or six. The rose is a very tall grower especially for second flush blooms. My three bushes reach for the sky and throw lots of basal breaks which soon turn into inch thick stems with wicked thorns. Ideal for putting in that space in your garden where an intruder might try to get through .The rose is also easy to root from cuttings, I have two new bushes from last years cuttings which flowered in the first year of growth and have hardened off really well over the autumn and early winter. Very disease resistant and stands both the rain and hot sunshine.
